Partial Outsourcing: Services for Your Participants
Smith Barney can provide a powerful link between your company’s administration software and our participant resources. We offer this service on a co-source basis: you keep the records for your stock option or restricted stock plan and we perform all the services for your participants, from on-line modeling to sale transactions. This approach allows a company to retain control of the data for employee record keeping and internal reporting while enabling employees to benefit from Smith Barney’s multiple touch points for award/grant inquiries and trade execution.
