and sponsors apply the power of Internet technology to the management
of stock option and stock purchase plan data and information. It allows
the plan sponsors to view and edit participant information, upload
and download employee data in a variety of formats and retrieve reports
online.
Benefits For Plan Administrators
- Flexibility and Customization: Sophisticated technology allows
the plan sponsor to use the features of the site as appropriate
for their plan needs. The sponsor can also designate local contacts
to assist with certain functions such as data collection and management
for their region.
- Integrated Applications: This Integrated online application
allows sponsors to view different plan types using a single user
name and password.
- View Participant Information: Allows the ability
to view participants' data in a variety of
ways.
- Plan Management Tools: Use the Plan Management section
to transmit plan data to and from Citigroup. This section
permits you to assign local HR contacts or local Plan Administrators
from a variety of locations to:
- Submit data files required by Global Stock Plan Services' corporate clients.
Files can be transmitted in a variety of formats, one at a
time or all at once via a zip file.
- Retrieve Files including details of exercise and tax
withholding information occurring through our automated system.
- View "Corporate Payment" or "Final Corporate Payment" reports. Files can be downloaded
separately or all at once for that day.
- Central Control-Local Support: Plan Sponsors can enlist the
support of a local HR or payroll contacts to assist in managing
employee data that is fed into our systems. The plan sponsor can
use our permissioning tool to assign access to local plan administrators
and restrict access so that only locally relevant information
can be seen.
- Online Access to Reports: Plan sponsors can go to the site to
gather a variety of reports. The site offers a secure and user
friendly way of getting administration, plan and transaction reports.
- Electronic Communications*: The site offers the Plan sponsor
an email facility to send messages to The Local Plan Administrators.
The site can also be set up to send out schedule reminders for
critical dates.
