		Global Stock Plan Services Smith Barney’s Global Stock Plan Service team can help you navigate the increasingly complex world of corporate and employee benefits programs. Our full service offering includes recordkeeping and brokerage services for stock option, restricted stock, stock purchase, SARs and performance share plans. With a worldwide presence, including call centers on three continents, we service clients who trade on 11 US and European exchanges.

		Retirement Plan Services Our Retirement Plan Services department specializes in 401(k) services, participant education, investment consulting and investment management.
